The nose is aromatic. It reveals slight notes of flowers (cornflower, a slight hint of iris) associated with hints of fleshy blackberry, strawberry as well as slight hints of raspberry, chocolate, toasted oak and a very discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, sleek, mineral, well-balanced, nicely ample and offers fat, tension as well as a beautiful freshness. In the mouth this wine expresses slight notes of juicy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and fleshy raspberry associated with a discreet hint of flowers, caramelized oak, a toasted hint and Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
