The nose is elegant, racy and offers power (in finesse), richness/a small franc side (full of elegance) and deepness. It reveals notes of fleshy Boysen berry, crushed cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of small crushed berries, crushed blueberry as well as fine hints of nutmeg, sweet spices, a very discreet hint of fig and an imperceptible almost balsamic hint. The palate is fruity, beautifully squared and offers juiciness, minerality, a certain freshness as well as a beautiful tension and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/fresh blackberry, small notes of dry cassis associated with touches of juicy/fresh blueberry, fresh raspberry as well as hints of violet, lilac, very fine hints of mushroom/ceps, cardamom and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). Good length. Tannins are structuring and well-built. A fine bitterness on the persistence. A very beautiful wine!
