A lovely, precise, deep, infused, aromatic, dense, elegant and harmonious gourmet nose. It expresses notes of boysenberry, pulpy/wild blackcurrant and more lightly – blueberry associated with touches of graphite, small roasted-juicy red fruits, as well as hints of tobacco, sweet spices, a subtle almost sage hint in the background and a discreet hint of toasted almond. The palate is beautifully juicy, silky, fruity and offers freshness, minerality, balance, tension, accuracy, suppleness, power in delicacy, a velvety and elegant side, a soft and sapid grain. Very nice freshness in suppleness. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, violet and more lightly – bright raspberry, associated with touches of bright/fresh small red fruits as well as hints of tobacco, chocolate, nutmeg and toast. A lovely delicacy, soft and sapid on the finish/persistence. The tannins are soft, precise, tasty and straight. Finesse in power and accuracy, an airiness.
