The nose reveals fresh and pulpy fruit, with a little mellowness. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, crushed strawberry and, more slightly, vanilla, associated with fine hints of bright blackcurrant and a touch of smoke. The palate is nicely built, fruity, offering freshness, minerality, a tangy frame, a fine tension, juiciness and energy. It presents notes of juicy/tangy blackcurrant, pulpy/tangy blackberry and, more slightly, fresh/juicy small red fruits, associated with touches of cornflower, star anise, vanilla as well as fine chocolate hints. Beautiful freshness with an electric side. A slight hint of roasting in the background.
