Château HARMONIE 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a slight textured dimension in its grain. It reveals notes of strawberry, fleshy/ juicy cassis and small notes of ripe small red fruits associated with slight touches of violet, a hint of lily and licorice stick. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a small tension, precision, easy access, harmony, and a beautiful enrobing side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy raspberry, fleshy/bright cherry, and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of small blue fruits, licorice stick and a discreet hint of sweet blond tobacco. Beautiful delicacy of the grain. A small mellow finish with a very discreet roasted tip on the finish/ persistence.
