The nose is fresh, racy, complex and offers deepness as well as a certain concentration (full or precision/balance). It reveals notes of kumquat, candied mirabelle plum and small notes of orangette associated with touches of yellow peach in syrup, fine honeyed hints, candied orange zest, verbena, lemon flowers as well as discreet hints of fresh hazelnut and gingerbread. The palate is beautifully mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers a fresh frame, suppleness, delicacy, a nice energy, a nice small mellowness, a small crystalline side in its definition as well as a hint of passerillage (full of control/precision, brings delicacy). Full finesse, purity and control. On the palate, this von expresses notes of quenette, mirabelle plum in syrup and small notes of candied pear associated with touches of peach blossom, verbena, fine hints of sage, orangette, small yellow fruits as well as hints of pâtisseries, honey and sweet spices. A beautiful small mellowness on the finish. Almost a discreet tannic side in the structure and the aromatic on the finish/persistence.
