The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acid frame, a good juiciness, a good definition, fat, fullness, slightly aery, deepness as well as a small unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, dry apricot, candied mandarin and more slightly cristallized citrus, pear/nectarine associated with fine touches of fresh ginger, verbena, juicy fruits as well as a subtle hint of nut (in the background). Good length. The finish is slightly tight. Good acidulous persistence. Small chews on the aftertaste.
