The nose is spicy, intense, complex and elegant. It reveals notes of candied fruit, dried apricot, spices (including slight notes of cinnamon and ginger), flowers (jasmine, iris, white flowers) and slight notes of honey combined with a touch of menthol. The palate is fresh, balanced, relatively rich and offers a quite “aerial” side. A good acid/fruity frame leads the tasting. In the mouth it expresses notes of white peach, quince, pear, spice and slight notes of orange, a touch of dried apricot and small notes of beeswax on the finish. Good length and persistence in mouth.
