The nose reveals notes of candied white fruits, flowers, orange marmalade, apricot tarte Tatin, wood (more present than on the 2007 vintage) and spices associated with a slight hint of green tea as well as a small note of honey. The palate is fresh, well balanced, relatively rich and elegant. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus, citrus marmalade, lemon, honey, almond and slight notes of dry apricot, lemon verbena and peppermint. A beautiful, well balanced and gourmand wine.
