Château Guinot 2022 – Saint Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is mineral and offers a little spicy side, very finely tight. It expresses notes of fresh wild blackberry, fresh gray pepper and more slightly – clove, associated with touches of pulpy small fruits and spices. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a mineral framework, a little tension, a certain accuracy, a little fat, tension. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, small crushed black fruits and more slightly – roasted raspberry, associated with touches of chocolate, toasted as well as hints of nutmeg, clove and a discreet hint of vanilla. The tannins are supple.
