The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity and a racy, airy side. It reveals notes of violet, pulpy blackberry and small notes of small crushed red fruits, associated with touches of nutmeg, a discreet hint of sweet pepper and an imperceptible hint of sap. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, it offers a fresh frame, a little roundness, a certain mellowness, sapidity and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, raspberry and small notes of small red berries, combined with touches of fresh flowers, a hint of saffron (on the floral side), as well as hints of tonka bean. The tannins offer a fine chewiness. The finish is sappy and cocoa-like, with a hint of roasting and harmony.
