Château Grand Village 2024 – Bordeaux Supérieur

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers a certain concentration of fruit and elegance. There are notes of small ripe wild red fruits, cornflower and small notes of small fresh wild flowers, associated with touches of nutmeg, hints of bigarreau cherry, brilliant cassis, as well as discreet hints of flowery pepper, a hint of sap and a discreet hint of iodized. The palate is well-built, fruity, floral, elegant, gourmand and offers a nice little fleshiness, gourmandise and a certain pulpiness. Lovely freshness and juiciness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, violet and small notes of cassis, combined with touches of juicy blue plum, hints of lilac, bergamot, as well as a hint of small brilliant blue berries. Good length. Discreet hints of clove in the background. The tannins are mellow, elegant and finely sappy. Good length.
