The nose is fresh, elegant and offers power (full of finesse), intensity (full of subtility), gourmandize. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe lemon, zests, small notes of mesocarp associated with touches of pulpy lychee, fresh citrus as well as fine hints of flowers, a discreet hint of minerality and salinity. The palate is fruity, elegant, delicate and offers a beautiful delicacy, crunchiness, power, balance, richness (full of control, subtility), tension as well as a beautiful length and a stretchy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy lemon, acidulous mandarine, small notes of acidulous apple associated with touches of mesocarp, saline/iodine, fresh citrus as well as fine hints of racy minerality, white flowers, acidulous lemon and a subtle hint of exotic fruits.
