Château Grand Tayac 2024 – Margaux

The nose presents a certain light intensity, spices, precision, finesse and offers intensity of grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small wild red berries and small notes of cranberry, associated with touches of cassis, as well as hints of saffron on the floral side, cardamom and a hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, it offers good definition, racy grain, silkiness and harmony. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of violet, juicy/fresh blackberry and small notes of cassis, combined with touches of cranberry, star anise, infusion/bergamot, as well as discreet hints of toasted. Good length. A hint of salinity and chocolate in the background.
