The nose is fruity, aromatic, stretched and offers a certain maturity. It expresses notes of cherry with kirsch, small, fairly ripe red fruits and more slightly – aromatic herbs associated with fine hints of infusion, star anise and a hint of pepper. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, accuracy, precision, a certain maturity. It expresses notes of morello cherry, almost roasted raspberry and more slightly – juicy/pulpy blackberry, associated with touches of racy minerality, fine hints of smoke, aromatic herbs, as well as a discreet hint of sage, sweet spices. Good length.
