The nose is fruity, gourmand, racy, well-built, finely tight and offers density, a small concentration as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of Boysen berry, blueberry, small notes of cassis associated with small touches of small crushed red fruits, lily, violet as well as fine hints of nutmeg, Sichuan pepper and discreet hints of rose/vanilla. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy and offers gourmandize, a racy minerality, a fine acidulous frame, precision and a certain delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cassis, small wild black berries, small notes of cornflower associated with touches of blueberry, lily as well as fine hints of rose/rose petals, zan, graphite, chocolate, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of cedar. Tannins are well-built. Good length.
