The nose is aromatic, gourmand and offers a certain richness as well as elegance. It reveals notes of chocolate, blueberry, crushed Gariguette strawberry and slight notes of ripe blackberries combined with fine hints of cardamom, vanilla, chocolate, caramelization / praline as well as a touch of Sichuan pepper and an imperceptible hint of earth. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acid frame, a nice minerality, suavity, a nice straightness / tension, elegance, precision, freshness, a beautiful silky matter as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy Boysenberries, wild strawberries and touches of blueberry, raspberry, small berries associated with hints of toasted / caramelized oak as well as a touch of vanilla, chocolate and an imperceptible hint of crushed cardamon. Tannins are fine, racy and supple. Good persistence, slightly powerful and with an imperceptible hint of coffee.
