The nose is fruity and slightly powerful. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of wild red fruits/ wild berries associated with touches of spices as well as a discreet touch of pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful suavity, roundness, gourmandize, a very slight power / straightness as well as a beautiful fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, fleshy / juicy small fruits associated with touches of blueberry as well as hints of raspberry, juicy red berries, toasted hints and discreet hints of vanilla. Tannins are fine and a bit firm. An imperceptible hint of cassis bud / varietal and coffee on the persistence.
