Château Grand Corbin Manuel 2019 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

The nose is fruity and offers power, a small concentration, a powerful grain as well as precision. It reveals notes of bright cassis, juicy blackberry and slightly strawberry associated with touches of blueberry, Cuben pepper, hints of blond tobacco as well as fine hints of bergamot, almond and a touch of toast / roasting. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, an acidulous frame, elegance, a certain delicacy, power, silkiness as well as straight. This wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, cassis and more slightly of juicy / pulpy purple plum associated with touches of raspberry, red berries as well as a hint of cornflowers, blond tobacco, toasted, toasted almond and a very discreet hint of green cardamom (in the background). Tannins are precise and well developed. Good length.
