Château Grand Corbin 2022 – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, Grand Cru Classé

The nose offers a certain power, spices as well as a powerful and racy grain. There are notes of blackberry, tobacco and slight notes of pepper associated with touches of nutmeg as well as a hint of blueberry and cardamom. The palate is fruity with minerality, suppleness and a little freshness as well as balance. There is a fine sappy note in the frame with notes of pulpy blackcurrant, purple plum and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of violet, cornflower as well as hints of liquorice stick and fine toasted notes and toasted almonds. There is a lovely freshness, suppleness and an enveloping side of roasting and liquorice. Good length.
