The nose is aromatic and elegant. It reveals notes of truffle, undergrowth and violet combined with notes of blackberry and a discreet touch of oak. The palate is fresh, fruity, racy (clay) and elegant. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, strawberry and slight notes of cassis associated with touches of toasted oak, blond tobacco, as well as slight notes of sweet spices. Tannins are fine, well-conducted and (currently) young.
