It reveals notes of fresh/juicy cassis, wild blackberry associated with fine touches of violet, crunchy wild strawberry as well as fine hints of Timut pepper and a very discreet hint of toasted/fresh nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, minerality as well as richness/concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/crushed cassis and small notes of violet plum associated with very fine touches of wild strawberry, violet as well as very fine hints of Timut pepper, cardamom, almond and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. Tannins are very finely firm. A very discreet chew on the finish. A discreet hint of bitterness and incense on the finish/persistence.
