Château Gloria 2023 – Saint-Julien

The nose is aromatic and offers ripe fruit, warm spices and fine floral hints, almost a discreet maceration side. It expresses notes of boysenberry, small ripe/pulpy red fruits and more slightly toasted, associated with fine touches of nutmeg, spices. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a juicy, suave, gourmet frame, good definition, accuracy. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cherry, juicy/pulpy raspberry and more slightly – wild blackberry, associated with a touch of racy minerality, toasted, star anise as well as a hint of toasted hazelnut. Good length, almost a discreet Mediterranean side in the fruit. Supple, sapid tannins. A fine floral hint and fresh vanilla in the background.
