The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, tension, a finesse of the guideline, fat, a small roundness and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, cassis, small notes of small crushed red berries associated with fine touches of violet, a racy minerality/terroir as well as hints of tonka bean, discreet hints of caramelization, cardamom and sugared mild tobacco. Good length. Fine hints of chocolate on the persistence. Tannins are well-built, racy and offer a fine softness.
