The nose is elegant, fresh, powerful, aromatic and offers a fine incisive side, a beautiful finesse of the grain and a small captivating side. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, lily and small notes of small pulpy wild red frutis associated with small touches of lilac, small juicy black fruits as well as a varietal hint, fresh tobacco, discreet hints of spices, camphor and a very discreet hint of pink pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, tension, a small chiseled side, a fine richness/unctuosity (full of balance). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of small juicy/fresh red berries, iris, lilac associated with touches of bright cherry as well as hints of crunchy raspberry, tobacco, fine varietal hint, hazelnut, toasted and a discreet hint of mocha (in the background). Good length. Tannins are precise, structuring and very finely firm.
