The nose is elegant, gourmand, racy with a nice gourmandise around the fruit. There are notes of bright cherries and cassis and small notes of crushed currants associated with touches of cornflower and chocolate. We perceive a fine hint of cardamom. The palate is fruity, tangy, fresh, mineral and chiselled. It offers a nice energy, elegance and finesse in its fine solar profile. There are notes of quite ripe cherries, juicy and tangy raspberries and small notes of crunchy fresh blackcurrant associated with touches of cornflower, lilies, chocolate as well as a fine hint of cardamom and a discreet note of vanilla. In the background appears a subtle note of fresh tobacco. The tannins are supple, elegant and racy.
