The palate is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, a small suavity, tension, a little straightness, a beautiful definition, a beautiful finesse of the grain, power, intensity, gourmandize as well as a small unctuosity. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of caramelized mandarin zest, dried orange and small notes of caramel pear associated with small touches of quince, lychee, dried apple as well as hints of caramelization, grape of crushed Zante currants, a hint of toffee and a subtle hint of cigar (in the background).
