The nose is aromatic, finely concentrated /powerful and richness. It reveals notes of pear in syrup, honey / botrytis and nutmeg combined with small notes of candied lemon, vanilla, crushed white fruits, minerality and an imperceptible hint of white pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely tight and offers a nice acid frame, minerality, suavity, richness and freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, honey and brioche combined with notes of apple, Williams pear as well as a touch of dried apricot, flint, spices, vanilla and a very discreet hint of almond. Good length.
