The nose is fresh, sappy, peppery and stretched. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, small crushed black fruits and small notes of crunchy red berries associated with fine touches of iris, fresh flowers as well as a discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, a fresh frame, tension, tanginess, energy, a vibrant/electric side as well as accuracy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small pulpy/juicy black fruits, small crunchy red fruits and small notes of violet associated with a touch of pulpy violet plum, chocolate as well as a subtle hint of vanilla/vanilla pod and of coffee. The tannins offer a fine straightness as well as a slight softness. Freshness and power.
