There are notes of Boysen blackberry, badian and small notes of pulpy cassis combines with touches of blueberry, black pepper as well as slight hints on purple plum, blond tabaco, discreet hints of sweet spices and almost aromatic herbs-like. The palate is fruity and offers precision, freshness, minerality, a good definition and a certain gourmandise, aromatic purity, and a beautiful definition of the fruit. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of bright blueberry combined with touches of toast, cornflower. There are discreet hints of sweet blond tabaco and caramelization in the background. Precision and freshness with a chalky hint in the background and cacao/ toast.
