The nose is aromatic, relatively rich, relatively complex and offers a fine elegance. It reveals notes of blackberry cream, cassis and slight hints of crushed red berries combined with a touch of black pepper, cardamom, wood, undergrowth and a discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla. The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively fresh, fleshy, finely gourmande and offers unctuosity as well as richness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of blackberry, black cherry and cassis combined with slight notes of red fruit cream, toasted wood and a discreet hint of liquorice, tobacco, tea and cardamon. Good length.
