On the nose, with a certain racy elegance (rich clay). It reveals notes of wild raspberry, cassis and more lightly crushed small red berries associated with hints of violet, cherry blossom, zan, fine hints of Szechuan pepper, discreet hints of lily and a subtle touch of cumin. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers minerality, juiciness, freshness, good definition as well as a certain gourmandize, a fine tangy frame, a little tension, fat, character and excel in richness. On the palate, expressing elements of pulpy/juicy cherry, cassis and more slightly crushed red currants associated with touches of licorice, violet/lys, nutmeg, saffron, sweet spices and dried almond. Good length. The tannins are discreetly pronounced.
