The nose is fruity, fresh, bright and offers grilled aromatic herbs side. It reveals notes of blackcurrant, morello cherry and small notes of fresh/pulpy blackberry associated with touches of infusion, quite ripe strawberry, grilled aromatic herbs as well as fine hints of star anise. The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, suave and offers a certain freshness, energy as well as a tangy frame. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy blackberry, creamy cassis and small notes of pulpy redcurrant associated with touches of plum blossom, sage, toasted almond as well as fine hints of sweet spices and cardamom.
