The nose is fruity and offers elegance and a certain gourmandise. It reveals notes of fresh/ ripe Boysen blackberry, fresh/ripe strawberry and notes of small pulpy berries associated with touches of violet, pepper as well as hints of licorice stick and discreet hints of nutmeg. The palate is mineral and offers freshness, fat, juiciness, an acidulous frame, energy, and a certain purity both in its matter and in its fruit. On the palate this wine expresses pulpy/juicy cherry notes of juicy/fresh cassis and small notes of juicy/fresh small red fruits associated with touches of cornflower, licorice as well as fine vanilla hints/ good length. Tannins are precise, supple, and frank. Freshness, fullness, fat, and gourmandise.
