The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, tension, a good definition as well as a beautiful finesse, suavity and a small aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy Boysen berry, fleshy/juicy cassis, small notes of cornflower associated with touches of juicy raspberry as well as hints of cocoa, toasted and nutmeg. Tannins are well-built.
