The nose is relatively discrete, fruity. There are notes of cherry, blackberry, combined with fine graphite and a hint of sweet spices and a subtle, almost sappy character (in the background). The palate reveals fluidity, minerality and fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh cherry, raspberry and more lightly of fresh dark berries combined with touches of violet, graphite.
