Château Franc Baudron 2021 – Montagne Saint-Emilion

The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a very slight concentration. There are notes of wild blackberry, pulpy small blue fruits and small notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of badian, gray pepper as well as a discreet hint of lilac and liquorice stick. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness as well as a beautiful pulpiness/ gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, cornflower and small notes of pulpy blueberry associated with touches of crushed raspberry as well as hints of toasted, nutmeg and chocolate. A beautiful pulpy small fruit. Good length. Chewy tannins. Gourmandize, sapidity and a beautiful and discreet work on the good bitterness. Beautiful juiciness, brightness of the fruit and roundness. A certain chew on the finish/ persistence.
