The nose is elegant, racy and reveals minerality. There are notes of fresh, pulpy quenette, pulpy vine peach and, more slightly, crushed apple, combined with fine touches of white flowers, verbena, as well as a subtle hint of acacia and a very discreet/imperceptible touch of vanilla. The palate is racy and offers minerality, freshness, a nice structure, fullness and a certain gourmandize. A nice Burgundian work! On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/creamy apple, lychee and more slightly juicy/acidic quince, kumquat and more slightly crushed vine peach associated with a subtle hint of finger lime as well as a discreet hint of racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of vanilla in the background. Good length.
