The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful acidulous/juiciness of the fruit and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous lemon, crunchy granny smith apple and small notes of lime zests associated with small touches of lemon caviar, juicy quenette as well as fine hints of lemon flowers and an imperceptible hint of toasted almond. Good length.
