It reveals notes of fresh blackberry and plum associated with slight notes of violet, ripe red fruits as well as hints of Sichuan pepper, chocolate, spices and subtle woody hints. The palate is fruity, juicy, gourmand, well-built and offers suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, black cherry and slight notes of plum, ripe/fresh raspberry associated with hints of spices, chocolate as well as a discreet hint of caramelization and a woody hint. Tannins are well-built and firm. Good length and persistence. There is a very discreet hint of caramelization/vanilla on the finish.
