Château Fontis 2024 – Médoc

The nose is elegant and floral, offering a certain intensity and delicacy at the same time, as well as depth. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of juicy blackberry, associated with touches of sweet tobacco, as well as a hint of graphene, fine, almost vanilla hints and fresh coffee. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity and mineral. It offers a fresh frame, tension and a certain delicacy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, blackberry and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of roasted cherry, as well as fine hints of small fresh fruits, black tea and a hint of star anise. Good length. The tannins are precise, mellow and frank. A floral, enveloping and gourmand wine.
