The nose is fruity, elegant, well-built, clean, racy and precise. It reveals notes of fleshyblackberry, fleshy cassis and more slightly raspberry associated with fine touches of small fleshy/juicy fruits, gray pepper as well as very discreet hints of flowers (in the background) and toasted. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built, racy and offers a good definition, gourmandize, tension, straightness, freshness, a fine grain, density as well as an acidulous/juicy frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy black cherry and small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers, liquorice and toasted. Tannins are elegant. A very fine chew on the finish. There is a very discreet saline hint on the finish/persistence.
