The palate is fruity, sleek, mineral, racy, fresh, well-balanced, relatively gourmand, relatively powerful and offers a nice fruit, a certain concentration, fat, a fine salinity, suavity as well as a small acid frame in the background (discreet). On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis, blackberry, small notes of Quetsche plum and fine touches of black cherry associated with a hint of red fruits as well as slight notes of wood and spices. Tannins are fine and elegant. There are a slight salinity, small floral notes and a discreet note of bell pepper on the finish.
