The nose is aromatic, gourmand and elegant. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, plum and strawberry associated with fine / discreet notes of undergrowth, toasted oak and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, elegant, quite gourmand, relatively fleshy, relatively rich, a bit aerial and offers a good volume, a nice fat, suavity, a small fresh / acid frame and a nice silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, plum and strawberry associated with discreet notes of red berries, oak, vanilla as well as discreet hints of liquorice and violet. Good length and nice juicy persistence. There are notes of toasted oak and a very fine salinity on the finish.
