The nose is fruity, candied and offers a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of pear in syrup, peach in syrup and small notes of fresh Mirabelle associated with fine touches of fresh quince and fresh ginger. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers fat, an acidulous frame, minerality, juiciness, a fine freshness as well as a fine tension/straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied pear, candied peach and small notes of quince associated with a touch of lemon jam, pineapple in syrup as well as a subtle hint of litchee, flowers and an imperceptible hint of almond (in the background). Good length.
