The nose is fruity, velvety, elegant and offers fine concentration, purity and plenitude. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of brilliant strawberry, associated with touches of lilac, cherry and plum blossom, as well as fine hints of cola, nutmeg, sweet spices and a subtle touch of delicate camphor. The palate is well-built, juicy, fresh, it offers good definition, gourmandise, precision, suppleness and plenitude. It also presents a lovely mid-palate and elegance. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, small bright blue fruits and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of fleshy cherry, as well as hints of cola, toastiness and a subtle hint of vanilla. The tannins are racy, mellow and iodized. A hint of chocolate in the background, with a subtle touch of bergamot on the persistence. A great success ! A subtle hint of almost blood orange in the background and a pretty floral. A wine offering a little chewiness and gourmandise.
