The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, minerality, a good definition, harmony, silkiness, tension, delicacy, and a beautiful acidity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of creamy Boysen blackberry, cassis and small notes of wild plum combined with touches of fleshy wild small red as well as hints of moka, cardamom, discreet hints of vanilla and a subtle hint of toast.
