The nose is elegant, racy, aromatic and offers a small intensity/power, a fine grain and elegance. It reveals notes of bright Boysen berry, crushed strawberry, small notes of blackberry associated with touches of cornflower, liquorice, toasted, camphor, chocolate as well as hints of bourbon vanilla and hazelnut. The palate is elegant, gourmand, suave and offers a beautiful definition, a racy minerality, a fine unctuosity and delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/bright blackberry, fresh/bright raspberry, small notes of blueberry associated with fine touches of fresh/pulpy cherry, violet/lily as well as hints of chocolate, caramelization, toasted, camphor, vanilla and toasted almond. Good length and persistence. A very fine chew and sapidity on the persistence.
