The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant, precise and offers a certain concentration in accuracy, a textured side. It expresses notes of crushed blackberry, ripe wild strawberry and more slightly of star anise associated with touches of lily, nutmeg and fine hints of fresh blond tobacco. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity and offers minerality, a fresh/acidulous frame, a fine tension, silkiness, gourmandise, a certain delicacy. It expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, pulpy/juicy cassis and more slightly – pulpy/juicy raspberry associated with fine touches of flowers, star anise, sweet blond tobacco and a discreet hint of sweet pepper. Good length. The tannins are soft and sapid.
