The nose is quite elegant, fine and fruity. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and fine notes of cassis / blueberry combined with a touch of Sichuan pepper, a toasted / caramelized touch and a very discreet hint of mocha. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a nice juiciness, fat, cremosity, an acid frame as well as gourmandise. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy / fresh strawberry, fleshy blackberry and fresh / fleshy raspberry associated with slight toasted notes as well as a very discrete toasted hint, flowers, licorice and dark chocolate. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. The persistence is slightly suave. A good wine with a nice potential !
